Founded 1n 2002, jn the city of Providence R.I. out of the need to help fathers
find employment.These fathers (Dead beat Dad) or Non Custodial Parents.....by whatever name you call them.They are unable
to find work and must pay child support, These men were sent to me from the court,and child support enforcement....The court
seemed to finally understand, the need to find them jobs instead of locking them up...Most people who have done everything
right,they come from a typical family, go to school ,study hard,and then go to college,then they get a good job,and have a
normal life, Yet there are those many who drop out, and never finished school. 85% of them will end up in prison
or victims of street crime, suicide and deviant behavior. Today'The youth most likely to drop out of school are from
Fatherless homes...The drop out rate speaks volumes of what is wrong with our schools and communities, The common factor ..Fathers
missing in action.... When this phenomenon is examined as to how so many Afro American males drop out...we find that a deliberate
indifference was in place. and that racism played a role in removing the fathers from the home. for generation this condition
has repeated itself,DE- generations! This waste of human resource, places the child,family and community at risk , communities
stripped of it's voting block,and denied political power to heal itself, resulting in 92% of our communities impudent
and sterile of male heads of households and with problems. Our schools cannot understand how to stop this drainage of
males students and their self destruction attitudes.

members are fully qualified,and have been recovered and re educated to reach the youth before they make the same mistakes .
They have recovered themselves,and have taking a ongoing course in recovery.self help and re education. learning from
their collective experience , as young men and the mistakes they made personally,and the perils of dropping out
of schools, dropping out, fatherhood,unemployment and lack of education/employment.and the reality of making a living
with less..... R.I.F.F. brings the Fathers to the Fatherless and educates both...done in a after school environment
and guided by trained and qualified experience young men.who can share there shame and struggle of being a Non custodial parent,or
drop out. They can work together under the watchful eyes of men who somehow have made it back to school to help the youth
stay in school. The project is not a Daddy boot camp,or scared straight program... it is a business partnership
that also supplements the income of both student and father.... "The Future Images plan" this web-page is

would like to ask you to understand that these young men and women are victims of a great misguided educational system...and
unaware that educators and administrators of higher learning are teaching our kids to be servants and slaves not engineers
and scientist. They cannot escape the pattern of losing the interest of the students and are more concerned with their employers
compliance, then learning the real skills that the students need to get through life. The teachers themselves
coming from a life time of doing things right,following all the rules and with solid family support,while most students at
risk come from fatherless and unstable homes. The numbers do not lie..... If we can agree that experience is the best
teacher ,Then what experience does a average teacher have in common with a student ,who has poverty/ unemployment,drugs
and crime ,running wild at home? how can the teacher understand or relate to this youth ?
How can a kid ,who see's his parent under employed ,under educated,and struggling to
care for them properly, alone (fatherless). How can we save this child from making the very same mistake. they
did..? In many cases, the very image of a teachers Is rejected...... Let se what this great difference in success

superintendent ( Tom Brady) who refuses to bring the history to our children classrooms,he has conspired along
with other educational agency's . a path of deliberate indifference, against black men , and dishonors the legacy of over
5,000 black Patriots of the Revolutionary War, since early July,2008.. he has misled the membership of R.I.F.F. and the Museum
of Afro American Ethno History Inc. recommendations and free DVD's that would teach the students about the role Blacks
Played in The founding of this country and in the very state of Rhode Island, were the First Black Regiment of Gen. George
Washington Army took place, A history any black child would be proud of.

Have a New President: But for those who are against him may "A deliberate indifference ,and hate his
skin " A Bi Racial President,and what we overlook is that We The People have the power to do great things ...with
action becomes change...What I learned when I ran for public office,is that elements in your background,leave no room for
change. You are almost always judged by your past. until you turn your past experience into a benefit and not
a liability. I like to compare the story of the African elephant herd,that was trapped and landlocked without a water
resource,and most animals would soon die without great water sources. So the people of the government and science ,zoological,
veterinarian's, activist,and locals... came up with the idea , to air lift the elephants,to a safe wild life reserve.
but because of the size and unpredictable nature of the male bull elephants. the people decided to save only the mother and
baby elephants, thinking the can manipulate the boy elephants to replace the adult males in a short time..... As the
small males grew,even larger then their mothers,and sprouted huge tusk and sexual drives... these homegrown baby's become
wild and combative,they would stampede and destroy at risk the other stressed out mothers and new babies that they would soon produce
in-kind after mating season the meanest and strongest males take over.......
To prevent this from happening,the people got together and found a bigger helicopter,and harness,
then went back to the site were only a few of the strongest bull elephants still were alive....lifted them up and brought
them together with the other ,at the same reserve.... And guess what happened...... They all live happy,for ever,and
ever.... sound like a good idea Huh. Let's not reject these father , but embrace their return to the community.....

The Museum Of Afro American Ethno History Inc. was founded
Back in the early 1970's ..
I was established after the activism of a Afro/Capeverdean American family from the Plymouth Ma. Area. told
a history all but forgotten,about land and a township called "New Guinea" Famed Archeologist DR. James
Deetz , who re discovered The early African settlement ,not far from Plymouth Rock. dig a dig and artifacts led to a
contradiction to the story our founding father told us in the history books and schools.
Infarct after reviving this group who controlled the dig,and contacting the widow of Dr.Deetz.
to complete our research, we concluded that the whole project was deliberately and with indifference, hidden from American
do to racism. Dick Gregory,Spike Lee Jesse Jackson all new about this history way back then, and for what ever reason,allowed
the 106 acre's of land granted to these black founding fathers,for their service as soldiers in the Revolutionary
War, America's very first African American veteran's .... This group was granted the right to the land to build a
museum and memorial and some how or way they got side tracked and became celebrity's instead of completing their mission.
The Land that was excavated and the group that ran it was hidden and forgotten for over 30 years, until I was returning from
the million man March, and activist and best friend Patriot Eddie Johnson, took me to the cemetery in Plymouth, that
was now hidden in the woods,covered with overgrowth and trees .you could not find any information accept through the
Afro/Capeverdean immigrants, who have never been slaves but are in-fact the product of the slave trade, they never lost their
language ,culture and history. This is the most amazing story all documented on video and is a ongoing project that R.I.F.F.
supports and focuses on as the foundation of our existence.
